ROUND THE MUSIC SCENE

TODAY IS NO MUSIC DAY - OR IS IT?

How they were going to go about it was one thing we did not know, but the Nigerian Musicians’ coalition said it and were hell bent on making today a ‘NO MUSIC DAY'.

Did they succeed?

To a large extent, some radio stations have honoured the call while some TV stations blatantly disrespected the declaration that is to protest against the rate of piracy and the non-payment of royalties.

E411 salutes those organizations that tweaked their programmes and operations to stand by the Coalition.
